What is your location and availability?
We are a %100 online practice. Currently accepting clients in New York and Texas.
What is your fee?
Individual sessions are $110, Relationship/family sessions are $120
Do you take insurance?
We do not work with insurance panels. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance provider may be able to reimburse you. We would supply you with superbill (invoice) which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a no questions ask sliding scale program.
How do I pay for my therapy services?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. HSA and FSA is also accepted.
How Long will I be in Therapy?
This depends on each individual and couple. We all enter therapy with different challenges and needs which can then impact the timeline. When we enter into a therapeutic relationship we will discuss this for your individual needs.
Why is therapy so expensive?
Like doctors, therapists are highly trained professionals who undergo years of training and hours of supervision. We require a minimum of a masters degree and a state licensure. Most therapist also invest in additional years of trainings in order to show up with the most up to date practices for their clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy and will need to charge a full session fee if you do not cancel.
